Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GaelPRO (“GaelPRO”, “we”, “us”), a graphics and content service for GAA clubs, operated from Cork, Ireland. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use GaelPRO. Questions: hello@gaelpro.club.
GaelPRO is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the GAA.
1. What GaelPRO does
GaelPRO turns information you enter — fixtures, team sheets, results — into club-branded, social-media-ready graphics, and (for results) writes draft social copy automatically. It is a tool to help you produce content; it does not post on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or over and acting for a club as an official or volunteer.
- Sign-in is by email magic-link. Keep access to your email secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your club account.
3. Your club and your content
You and your club keep ownership of the information and materials you add — crest, colours, sponsor logos, photos, team and player names, match data — and of the graphics and text GaelPRO generates from them. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that material in order to provide the service.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you add — including crests, sponsor logos, photographs and player names — and to have GaelPRO process it.
4. Acceptable use
- Enter accurate information and use GaelPRO for legitimate club communications.
- Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, offensive or harmful content.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
5. AI-generated content
Match reports and social captions are generated automatically from the facts you provide. Automated text can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before you publish it anywhere — every piece of generated content is editable for this reason. GaelPRO is not responsible for content you choose to publish.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- Each club starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required.
- After the trial, plans are €24.99 per month or €249 per year, exclusive of any applicable VAT.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your card details.
- Cancellation, access and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change prices, with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
7. Third-party services
GaelPRO relies on third parties to operate — including Supabase (database, sign-in and storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI text) and Vercel (hosting). Their availability affects ours. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.
8. Intellectual property
The GaelPRO platform, software, templates and brand belong to us. Your club’s own content remains yours, as set out in section 3.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep GaelPRO reliable but provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or remove features over time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GaelPRO is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Termination
You can stop using GaelPRO at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached. When access ends, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use GaelPRO after changes take effect means you accept them.
