Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations and refunds work on GaelPRO. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Questions: hello@gaelpro.club.
Free trial
Every club starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required and nothing is charged. If you don’t subscribe, creating new content pauses when the trial ends — but everything you’ve already made stays available to view and download.
Subscriptions
After the trial, plans are €24.99 per month or €249 per year, exclusive of any applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then, and you won’t be charged again afterwards.
Refunds
Because access is provided continuously, we don’t generally refund part-used billing periods after a renewal. If you were charged in error, or something went genuinely wrong, email hello@gaelpro.club and we’ll put it right.
Your statutory rights
As a consumer in the EU you may have a 14-day right to change your mind when you first subscribe to a paid plan. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
